The intelligent sampling rack is the latest industrial intelligent product launched by Beijing Huake Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. The structure inherits the technical advantages of traditional soda water sampling racks in industrial field applications, and the performance meets the modern service needs of industrial applications for digitization, humanization, and intelligence.
1Digital sensor coverage
The intelligent sampling rack has abandoned all mechanical sensors on traditional soda sampling racks and replaced them with digital sensors. Therefore, we have developed various temperature sensors, flow sensors, and pressure sensors, which adhere to the design concept of "safety, refinement, accuracy, and stability". A lot of effort was put into the design from the beginning. By arranging sensors at all key positions on the sampling rack, real-time and uninterrupted monitoring of the entire device's operating status can be achieved. Inheriting the basic functions of automation, automatic alarm can be achieved by customizing upper and lower limit parameters for different working conditions. On this basis, for complex troubleshooting, diagnosis, and maintenance, the intelligent sampling rack can provide fault self diagnosis services. When a fault occurs, it can prompt the possible cause of the problem, maintenance solutions, and maintenance guides. In case of abnormal operation, it can provide pre maintenance reminders.
